Please don't be offended by the "zen" look of this site. It's not dead. Or rather, it's comatose right now. This is due to the fact that I've had so much to do recently.
I've given up on Scandinavia. In spite of the good people I know there it's not my bag. So I moved. As per Saturday. I'll probably get back on that subject, but for the moment suffice it to say that life has been a madhouse... Ordering shipping, selling the apartment, moving... It's all rather exhausting.
But now it's largely done. Saturday was a weird day. I said goodbye to so many people that made up my everyday life. I'll miss each and every one of them, and probably some that I didn't think I would. Because that's how these things work. I hate missing people. There are just too many people I miss on a daily basis.
From that perspective I wholeheartedly agree to Bud's idea of starting a country. If anyone knows a good size (sub-)tropical island for sale, let me know. Bud and I would start a country and then I'd be importing everyone that's important to me to it.
Anyway, do watch this space. It's bound to wake up.
